i wrongly assumed you would have eaten yogurt! I am going through a particularly obsessive stage of eating natural yogurt with tinned apricots, and a cuppa peppermint tea for brekky. But your sprinkles do look quite inviting. Nice site 🙂
yvette: sometimes i do eat yoghurt, over cereal, with fruit, and milk. today was uneventful with tea and honey toast. but some days, i just wake up with chocolate sprinkles on the brain. it never disappoints.
hikaru: what? not even a hot chocolate or a pain au chocolat? milo powder on white bread slathered with condensed milk? ok, i haven’t had that last one in years. nor nutella.
but it is ok at other times? i can understand your notion that there is a correct time and place for chocolate, but for me… refer to tvdog’s post.
CHOCOLATE ANYTIME, except chocolate right now: i just had a square of milka white-chocolate-filled-with-strawberry-yoghurt from the frankfurt airport and for some reason it was disappointing and strange. maybe because i’d just had some d.u.r.i.a.n. HA HA HA.
hmm, breakfast is a very difficult concept for my tummy. it generally takes several hours to awaken — every iota of energy is spent keeping brain awake.
pure sugar just ruins the tummy in the morning. no substance, all tease, and the end result is a morning upset tummy.
right now, slowly sipping a double splenda latte — fake sugar is the only way my tummy can handle coffee. throw in sugar — chocolate — and it starts doing morning summersaults.
